The Tuxedy standard

The name comes from the tuxedo, the one garment that says a man showed up properly. We hold every introduction to the same standard, for the men and the women.

Every member is interviewed in person or by video, and verified before a single name is shared.

We draw on our member network and personal referrals, then interview and verify every candidate before you hear a name.

The introduction
You receive a written profile of one person and why we chose them. If you both say yes, we arrange the first meeting.

Candid debrief
After every date we talk with both of you. Honest feedback sharpens the next introduction until it is the right one.

I'm a matchmaker and online dating manager, working between New York and Cape Town. I look after my clients' whole search: finding the right people, preparing them for the first date, and giving honest feedback afterwards.
